We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and most major private insurance plans. Coverage for items like custom orthotics and diabetic shoes varies by plan, so we check your benefits and explain any out of pocket cost before we order anything.
Most patients can book directly, though some plans require a referral from your primary care physician. Call the office and we will help you find out.
